Elite Tyler Spray Foam Insulation, tylersprayfoaminsulation.com, projects@tylersprayfoaminsulation.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Elite Tyler Spray Foam Insulation website and any work our crew does at your home or building. When you browse our website, ask for an estimate or schedule a job with us, you agree to these terms.

If a written estimate or contract for your job says something different from this page, the written estimate or contract controls for that job. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site or book work with us.

Who we are and what we do

Elite Tyler Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in Tyler, TX. We work in Tyler and the cities around it, and we serve homes and commercial buildings.

Our work includes spray foam, blown-in insulation, insulation removal, air sealing, and vapor barriers in attics, walls, crawl spaces and basements. You can read more about our crew on our About page.

The services and cities listed on this site are examples of what we do and where we go. We may decline a job that falls outside our trade or that we can't do safely.

Estimates and pricing

We give free estimates at your property, with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure on the visit, so it stays good for the period written on it.

The final price can change if we find something once the job is open that we couldn't see before, like old insulation that's soaked or full of droppings and has to come out, or framing damage. When that happens, we stop, show you what we found and get your approval before doing any added work or charging more for it.

Prices on any written estimate cover only the work and materials listed there. Anything you ask us to add later is priced separately.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We set a work date with you once you approve the estimate. Weather, material supply and conditions on earlier jobs can move that date, and when they do, we'll let you know as soon as we can and offer the next open day.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas, such as the attic hatch, the crawl space entry and a clear path through the house, and to keep pets and children away from those areas while we work. Spray foam has a re-entry time, which is how long you need to stay out before coming back inside. We'll tell you that time for your job, and you agree to follow it.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials or the crew is on site, you may owe the costs we've already taken on, as written on your estimate or contract.

Payment terms

Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice. If your job calls for a deposit, the estimate will say how much and when it's due, and we apply it to your final bill.

We'll tell you which payment methods we accept before the job starts. If a balance goes unpaid past its due date, we may charge late fees or collection costs to the extent Texas law allows, and we may hold any warranty service until the account is current.

Our work and warranty disclaimers

We stand behind our work. If something we installed isn't right, call us and we'll come back to look at it and make it right.

Any warranty on our labor is the one written in your contract. Insulation and foam products carry their makers' warranties, and we pass those along to you as the makers allow. Other than those written warranties, and to the extent Texas law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Comfort and energy results depend on things outside our control, like your HVAC system, windows, roof and how the house is used. We can't promise a set drop in your power bill or a set temperature in any room.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Texas law allows, Elite Tyler Spray Foam Insulation isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost use of a room or lost income, that come from our work or from using this website. Our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't responsible for conditions that existed before we arrived and that we didn't cause, such as roof leaks, mold, pest damage, plumbing leaks or faulty wiring. If we spot one of these during the job, we'll point it out to you.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that Texas law doesn't allow a contractor to limit.

Using this website

The information on this site is general and meant to help you understand insulation work. It isn't a substitute for an on-site look at your house, because every attic, wall and crawl space is different.

You agree not to misuse the site, copy its content for commercial use or try to interfere with how it works. If the site links to an outside website, we don't control that site and aren't responsible for what's on it.

Resolving disputes

If you have a problem with our work or a bill, call us first at (903) 508-0953, because most issues get sorted out quickly with a conversation and a visit. We'll work with you in good faith to find a fair fix.

If we can't settle it that way, either of us may bring the dispute in a court with jurisdiction in or nearest Tyler, Texas.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Changes don't affect a job already covered by a signed estimate or contract unless we both agree in writing.

Questions about these terms

If anything here is unclear, call us at (903) 508-0953 or send us a note through our contact page, and we'll walk you through it.
